  1. In this poem SPOOKY the man that reads the poem uses many techniques to change his voice to match the mood of the poem. He reads the poem in a very "spooky voice" to suggest that the poem is supposed to be scary. When ever the man reads "spooky" an eerie echo follows. He also pauses at some parts to add effect to his voice. The picture is a hand of a man, the head is against the moon, so you can just barely see it. The words of the poem are white agaisnt a black background soone can see it easily. Not only can you hear the man talking, you can also hear fast moving wind.

  2. The man uses lots of spooky tones throughout the reading and he often has an eco after the word spooky to get the listener wary of how the word should be effecting him/her. when the reader yells it makes you jump even though you know it is going to happen. the overall experiance makes you very spooked very hard.

  3. The poet sets the mood of the poem by using spooky pictures and creepy background music. The background music adds a spooky type of theme to the poem because the music is like a dark wind blowing through a darkening alley with a stranger walking through the alley.

  4. The poet made the poem seem spooky and set the mood be cause he spoke in a creepy voice. He made his voice very low and scratchy. Also, there were some spooky noises in the background and there was scary music. And near the end of the poem there was a loud noise. When I was listening to the poem that noise sure scared me! This is how the poet set the mood of the poem.

  5. The poet set the mood of the poem being spooky by reading the poem slowly and softly and making sound creepy with the wind blowing in the background and whenever he says "spooky", there is a eerie sound in the background. It also startled me when the man screamed.

  6. The poet or reader used a few techniques to add a creepy feeling to te poem. One technique he used is changing his voice to make it seem more eerie and frightening. Another technique he used was changing his pace and paused at some parts to add effect. Another technique was the spooky sounds in the background as well as echos. Another technique was the words and the creepy hand had a wavy effect to add creepiness.

  7. First of all, THE END WAS SCARY! But anyway... The poet used good writing techniques to make the poem eerie, dark and mysterious. The strike of lightning at the beginning set the mood. And the way the poets voice sounded gave you an idea that the poem was going to be spooky, but not as spooky as I expected. And at the end, the scream made the poem way more spooky than I had expected! Was I the only one scared?

  8. the first thing that the poet did to make it sound erie was, the sound of the wispering wind in the backround and creaks and other sounds to make it sound more scary. Another thing the poet did is he changed the tone of his voice to make it sound like he was scared. The last thing that the poet did was at the end he yelled out a load MWAHAHAHA!!!

  10. The narrartor madethe poem sound "Spooky" by using sound effects like wind and creaking and the voice modulator made his voice "Spooky" and the other effects I noticed were how the text slowly turned back and fourth and back and fourth that made it a lot more scary and to go out with a bang he ended it with a MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA that scared the lifeout ofmethe first time I heard it.

  11. In this poem, the poet sets the mood by speaking in a quiet voice so you can barely hear him over the wind blowing in the background. The voice of the poet makes you listen very closely and at the end when he paused, he added suspension to the poem. When he shouted loudly, the poet made you jump a little. You could also see an eerie hand and a shadow in the background which made the poem extra scary.

  12. he sets the mood of the poem by having lots of spooky effects. one thing the video had was that the text waved around, and the narrorator would talk in a low voice and lengthen the words with his voice. there was also an unexpected scream before the final statment. the picture in the back also added to it a little.
